The Leading Edge Cohort
We are casting a wide net to those who want to grow in leadership (business, family, life, and church) in some way.
Over the course of 7 weeks we will explore foundational leadership principles that will prepare any leader for greater effectiveness whether they have never led or have been leading for 50 years.
We will cover themes like Humility, Integrity, Risk, Rhythms, Accountability, Competency, Opportunities and more. What do these topics mean to me today and how is that different from when I started this journey?
God is raising up a generation of leaders (now called influencers) who are going to shape our culture tremendously over the coming decades. The character of these leaders must be foundational in all they do or the fabric of the society will conform to the strongest influence. It is our heart as a church, to prepare people to lead themselves well under the influence of Jesus so they can lead others well.
We will be meeting for 7 weeks via zoom. It will be fast-paced and a good investment of your time as you move forward as a leader.
We will be online at 6:45 for fellowship and Q and A every week if you want to join early or come at 7 for the meat and discussion.
